Rarely does any construction project go from start to finish without mistakes. There is so much that goes on behind the scenes in ordering, scheduling, and quality control it can be challenging to say the least. A good construction company must use great products, hire “top notch” crews, and have a good system and communication in place in order to make things run smoothly. We have learned that no matter how strong a system is, how expensive the products and supplies we use are, and how skilled a crew may be….mistakes happen.
What sets the average company apart from a great company, is what they do about it. I don’t know about you, but I don’t appreciate getting the run around. I don’t care to hear excuses, or blaming, I just want results. That being said, I train our management staff to treat customers the way I would want to be treated. We only ask if there is ever a problem with your claim, or project, give us a fair opportunity to correct it. We will do whatever it takes to make sure when Storm Team finishes a job you are smiling, and telling people about what a great job we’ve done for you.
